Forgot Your Password Facility



       In case you forgot your password, you can reset it by doing the following::


    1. From the Log-in Screen, click on the Forgot My Password link.
    2. Fill out the form.


       

       

    1. Enter your registered user name (email address) then confirm it by entering it again.
    2. Enter the security check code.
    3. Click Submit Request.


       Note that this facility will not provide you the exact password that you've forgotten.  Instead, the system will just reset

       your password.  You can then change and personalize your password using the Change Password facility.
